Google Nexus S is just released, we can get the official specs of Nexus S on the web. Come with new feature added but how good is the new Nexus compared with Google Nexus One, and also another popular Android device such as Samsung Galaxy S. Google Nexus S coming exclusively in the US with T-Mobile Carrier. So if you not T-Mobile subscriber or people who interested to change wireless carrier in order to get these device you should decline in buying the Google Nexus S.
The Google Nexus S and Nexus one has same processor speed 1GHz, the difference between both of them is in processor type. The Nexus S using 1GHz Cortex A8 Hummingbird while Nexus One using 1GHz Qualcomm QSD 8250 Snapdragon.
In storage side, the Nexus One comes with a microSD card slot but in Nexus S this feature is not available, the Nexus S only come with 16GB internal memory and no MicroSD card.
Regarding camera comparison between Google Nexus S vs Nexus one, both android devices comes with 5MP camera. The main difference is the front facing camera in Nexus S for video calling features.
Beside those main difference we can conclude that basically Google Nexus S is an improved version of Nexus One, a better and faster successor.
