Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) has just released new smartphone with code name MTS 945 GLONASS, the smartphone comes with many features such as GPS-navigation facility, 2 megapixel camera, FM Radio, 3.2-inch touchscreen display. The MTS 945 GLONASS design to support GLONASS, a global navigation satellite system based on Russian satellites. The Smartphone is available in Russian market with starting price at 10,500 rubles with MTS’s tariff plan or 10,990 rubles without contract.
