Familiar with Fring? Yes, this instant messaging application has now updated their latest version of the iPhone. Not only can be used to VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol), Fring can now be used to make calls on iPhone video calls.

It certainly is good news for iPhone users. Previously there was some speculation that Apple will not let developers use the front camera iPhone 4, to make video calls call. Apple reportedly less sensitive to a third party, because Apple itself has innate Video Call application named FaceTime.

Well, now with the presence of this latest version of Fring, the ability to video call via 3G on the iPhone 4 became a reality.

As quoted from engadget, Sunday (10/08/2010) according to the narrative for some users, when used to make calls with 3G video-call, unfortunately the result was not as smooth as with WiFi into a WiFi call.

With the opening of the video application on the Fring call, Apple seems to have been convinced that a third-party applications do not harm the default application for video call. For additional information, some time ago Skype also recently launched a video service call them on some handsets.
